How to Disable BT Parental Controls – BT ISP Users

How to Disable BT Parental Controls

1. Log in to your my BT account by clicking here.
2. Scroll down to My Extras and click Personalise your settings  in the Parentl Controls panel.
3. Select Manage Settings and choose the Change filter levels tab.
4. Move the slider to Custom and deselect all of the categories listed underneath it.
5. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen and your new filter level will become active within 10 minutes.
