This morning, the Mucky Duck repo released the MD Sports Extra add-on, a new Kodi add-on designed for UK sports fans to show them live streams, scores, highlights, and more. Click here for more details!
Mucky Duck has released the MD Sports Extra add-on, a promising new Kodi add-on for UK sports fans. In addition to just having live streams of sports channels like Sky, Boxnation, Premier, and BT, the add-on offers a whole lot more:
- Live Channels
- Live Scores – a live scoreboard of games around the world from ScoresPro.com
- Highlights – Sortable by countries such as England, Spain, Italy, Germany, and more.
- Results – A historical listing of scores from all past games.
- Tables – Standings from every single league.
- News Feed
- News Highlights
- Goal of the Week highlights
- OpenFootball Stat Central – A collection of historical stats from a bunch of different UK Football leagues!
Overall, this is a pretty ambitious add-on from Mucky Duck and MD Sports Extra is worth an install if you are a UK Football fan.
I tried a handful of Live Channels and they did not work for me unfortunately. However, with the large selection of Kodi add-ons offering UK Football content like UK Turk, NJM Soccer, and Moneysports, MD Sports Extra does not have to provide the best streams. The scores, highlights, results, news, and stats in this Kodi add-on make it stand on its own.

MD Sports Extra Install Guide
- From the Kodi main menu, navigate to SYSTEM > File Manager > Add Source > <None>
- Type the following EXACTLY http://muckys.kodimediaportal.ml and select Done
- Highlight the box underneath Enter a name for this media Source like “muckyduck”
- Click OK and head back to your home screen
- Navigate to SYSTEM > Add-Ons >Install from zip file > muckyduck > Repo > repository.mdrepo-x-x-x.zip and wait for the Add-on enabled notification
- Select Get Add-Ons or Install from Repository (on Isengard) > Mucky Ducks Repo >Video Add-ons > MD Sports Extra >Install
- Wait for Add-on enabled notification and you are done! MD Sports Extra will be found under your Kodi video add-ons.
